We also provide professional grant writing services for charging station grants. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

ChargeBoat offers grant writing services to assist clients in applying for charging station grants. Our service includes:

  • Consultation and strategy development
  • Preparation and submission of grant applications

2. Fees and Payment

  • The service fee for ChargeBoat's grant writing services is $1,000.
  • This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the grant application is approved or not.
  • The $1,000 fee covers multiple grant applications as deemed appropriate by ChargeBoat.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

  • The $1,000 fee paid for our grant writing services is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations where the grant application is not approved.

4. Credit Towards Future Purchase

  • Clients who have paid the $1,000 fee for grant writing services will receive a credit of $1,000 towards the future purchase of a ChargeBoat charging station.
  • This credit can be applied only to the purchase price of the charging station and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the preparation and submission of grant applications.
  • Clients must cooperate with ChargeBoat's requests for information and documentation in a timely manner to ensure the success of the application process.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ChargeBoat does not guarantee the approval of any grant application.
  • ChargeBoat is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

  • ChargeBoat agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the client for the purposes of preparing and submitting grant applications.
  • Client information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the service or as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

  • ChargeBoat reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion. In such cases, any applicable credits will still be honored.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

  • ChargeBoat reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your individual State, in the United States of America.
